We endeavour to dispatch all products ordered within 48 hours after the order has been placed and accepted by us. You will be given an indication of the expected delivery time after you have placed your order online.
Kurios’ teams will try their best to meet these estimates but cannot guarantee that such estimates must be met.
Kurios insures each order through transit up until it is delivered to you. You need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If the recipient is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept this signature as an evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order by Kurios. You also accept the associated transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Please be informed that in some cases your local customs office may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared. During such instances, the estimated delivery time may be affected.
If you refuse a shipment from Kurios, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Kurios. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Please contact us your shipping and handling questions or comments.
IN-STORE COLLECTION
To add convenience and flexibility to your shopping experience, you can order online and opt to personally collect, or send a representative for, your purchase from a pre-designated store during weekdays.
This service is available for orders placed in Hong Kong and to be collected from Hong Kong: Sweaty Betty IFC, Sweaty Betty Fashion Walk, Sweaty Betty K11 Musea, Sweaty Betty Pacific Place and Sweaty Betty Festival Walk.
Simply select the Pick Up In Store option on the Shipping page at Checkout. This option will only be displayed if your selected shipping country is Hong Kong. We will notify you once the order is ready for pick up. You will have 2 weeks’ time to collect it in designated store.
To collect your order present your printed order confirmation and the credit card used to make the purchase or, a photo ID of the person named as collecting on your behalf.
You would be notified with a shipment e-mail once we confirm the parcel is ready for pick up. The tracking number is an indication of the collection store and arrival date, it is not a trackable number with any courier.
DELIVERY TIME
We endeavour to dispatch all products ordered within 24 working hours after the order has been placed and accepted by us, subject to stock availability, stock location and quality checks.

Hong Kong, China & Macau
In Hong Kong, orders are delivered 5.5 days a week, excluding Sundays and statutory Public Holidays.

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, subject to international courier delivery times in your country.

Restrictions on jewelry
We are currently unable to dispatch orders containing jewelry to China, Russia & United Kingdom. In order to receive your jewelry purchases, we suggest that you arrange for your shipment to be delivered to an alternative destination.
Restrictions on perfume, candle & liquid form products
For perfume, candle & product in liquid form, we can only deliver to Hong Kong addresses. Any order with shipping address outside of this location will be cancelled due to delivery restriction.
TAXES & DUTIES
Please note that the price of your order and the shipping charges do not include customs duties and taxes. If your parcel must go through customs clearance, any additional charges incurred shall be borne by you. Customs policies vary from region to region and we suggest that you check with your local customs office for details prior to you placing orders with us.
INSURANCE
Kurios insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Kurios and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
